We believe that recruitment should essentially be an uncomplicated business.

That is, of course, assuming you follow certain basic principles. We like to think that we listen very carefully to our client’s brief and then use our experience and judgement to find the right people to make your business work. We carefully interview all our candidates in person wherever humanly possible. In our view, the ability to assess the character and personality of candidates is as important as determining their technical prowess. We use a mixture of industry contacts, advertising and head hunting to source the right person for you. All our team have invaluable high-end industry experience and, as importantly, we are very passionate about restaurants and food and take pride in our detailed knowledge of the industry and the latest trends. Big or small, we will give you the same level of personal service.

And if we haven’t got the right people, we won’t waste your time. We won’t send many CVs but when we do you can rest assured they are of a high calibre. We’re as fussy as you!
