This long established, privately owned restaurant is looking for a talented Head Chef. Suitable candidates must have experience of high volume brasserie style operations at Head Chef or Sous Chef level and be confident of managing a brigade of 9 chefs, writing inspiring seasonal menus and handling all aspects of kitchen management. The restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and brunch is served at the weekends. A salary of circa 0,000 inclusive of bonus will be paid.
