This North West London gastro-pub has remained consistently popular since it opened 6 years ago and has always had a reputation for interesting, delicious food. The owners are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Head Chef who can create consistently imaginative, eclectic menus reflecting the best in seasonal produce - someone who lives and breathes good food! If you have a background as a Head Chef (or possibly as a super star Sous Chef!) in a well received gastro pub or restaurant, I'd like to hear from you. The owners are great employers, who really value their staff, and are extremely passionate about food and all things restaurant related. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all kitchen management - menu design, financial targets, staff training, health and safety etc. - and be expected to create an efficient but happy kitchen environment.
