We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to run the kitchen. The ability to maintain a disciplined but calm working environment is essential, as is the ability to train and motivate the brigade and ensure that the food never falls below the immaculate level required. Suitable candidates must have a solid background in respected restaurants of a similarly high standard and possess good communication skills, creative flair and technical ability, stock control and costing experience and appropriate knowledge of the required health and safety legislation.
