Senior Sous Chef for a renowned 2AA Rosette restaurant - £35K package

This restaurant serves well-honed Modern European cuisine in a glamorous, stylish dining room. They are seeking a talented Sous Chef with a background in good restaurants (2AA Rosettes or above) who can cook to a high technical standard, help the head Chef with menu creation, and manage a team of 10 chefs. Strong management skills are essential - the ability to maintain consistent food standards, inspire, train and motivate junior members, and ensure that the appropriate professional health & safety and kitchen hygiene levels are met. The ability to cook to a high level and the ability to coordinate the pass in a busy kitchen are also essential. We are looking for someone with a real love and appreciation of great, seasonal produce and someone who really loves their job. In return, you will work for a very stable restaurant operator, be well paid and work an average 48 hour week.
