This high-quality neighbourhood restaurant has gained a loyal following and a reputation as one of the top restaurants in South London. The Chef/Patron has an extensive background in some of London's top fine dining restaurants and this is reflected in the imaginative Modern British cuisine. They are currently seeking an experienced chef to join the team as Sous Chef. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing the team and overseeing all aspects of running a busy kitchen. A background in respected restaurants is essential, as is a real love of good food and a genuine enthusiasm for your work. Candidates must possess decent communication skills in order to both inspire and train staff and have a calm temperament under pressure. Both technical skill and creativity are important in this role. Previous Sous Chef experience would be an advantage but strong senior CDPs will be considered too. Sounds interesting?
