This top flight restaurant in South London is seeking an experienced manager to join the team as Assistant General Manager. As number 2, you will support the GM in managing a team of 25 FOH staff and overseeing all aspects of running a busy, high class 120 cover restaurants. A background in respected restaurants is essential - this operation has achieved numerous accolades - as is a real love of good food and wine and a genuine passion for providing a brilliant customer experience. Candidates must possess the communication skills to both inspire and train staff and interact with customers and be highly knowledgeable in all technical FOH areas, to ensure that the customer receives the most professional but friendly service possible. A reasonable working knowledge of the financial aspects of running a restaurant is also desirable.
