This high quality new restaurant serves top-notch Modern French/European food in a smart, neighbourhood location. With a gifted Head Chef with a very strong pedigree in place, a strong Restaurant Manager is required to lead the front of house team and ensure that the restaurant makes a splash on the London scene. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in respected restaurants at fine dining or brasserie de luxe level, possess exceptional communication skills, a flair for hospitality and customer service, calmness under pressure, real attention to detail, first rate leadership skills and the ability to create a dynamic but enjoyable working environment.
